We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high‑impact digital transformation programme. You will play a key role in shaping platform enhancements that improve customer and operational digital services. This is a hands‑on role working across business and technical teams to define requirements, improve user journeys, and support delivery of new and enhanced platform capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops to define and refine solution scope
- Map end‑to‑end user journeys and support UX improvements
- Analyse platform capability and identify enhancement opportunities
- Document processes, data flows, and system integrations
- Work closely with product, technical teams, and delivery squads
- Support backlog refinement and agile ceremonies
Key Skills & Experience
- Senior Business Analyst experience in digital transformation or delivery programmes
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with APIs, data flows, and system integration
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in agile environments
- Experience improving customer journeys or contact centre services
- Strong documentation skills including user stories and process mapping
