Reliability Lead

Job Description Role:Reliability Lead Location:Hull About the role: Responsible for Vibration Analysis routes and data analysis Completion of root cause analysis to support failures on site Identifying and driving forward reliability based improvements Work collaboratively with client to implement enhanced reliability – measured by downtime and MTBF Complete designated tasks, efficiently and effectively and to a high standard of workmanship. Consider all implications when carrying out designated tasks to minimise downtime and maximise efficiencies. Provide and implement ideas (where appropriate) to improve manufacturing, efficiency and equipment reliability. Work safely, with regard for your duty of care to yourself and to others who may be affected by your work. Always adhere to company policies and procedures. Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure the smooth execution of both day-to-day reliability tasks and support shutdown work activity where applicable. To identify through knowledge and analysis, areas that will contribute to improved plant efficiency. Communicate and support activities associated with change.
