Overview

OnSite Division by ERIKS UK&I supports customers with on-site supply chain solutions. We deliver engineering components, MRO products, and services to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily Health and Safety inspections & complete Safety Report Cards to resolve hazards, near misses, and capture safety successes for ERIKS and the Customer.
  • Ensure the Engineering stores operate to the ERIKS standard as defined in The Playbook’s Inventory Management and Stores Management Obligations.
  • Manage the Engineering Stores to 5S principles.
  • Create and deliver a stores and inventory management plan demonstrating ERIKS commitment to Continuous Improvement at the Customer Premises.
  • Introduce robust inventory control processes to enable inventory accuracy and availability; promote adherence to booking-out principles through detailed stores inductions for every customer stores user.
  • Create and manage PI count plans, investigate stock outs/discrepancies, and make recommendations to improve stock accuracy measures based on findings.
  • Optimize inventory with min/max reviews (biannual) and redundant inventory identification and management.
  • Manage the plan to handle critical parts as defined by the customer.
  • Deputise for the Customer Operations Manager during periods of absence.

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Experience delivering best-in-class stores management principles.
  • Knowledge of stores operations and inventory management systems.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Excel to analyse data for inventory management planning.
  • Strong management experience delivering customer service excellence through a team.
  • Problem solving with root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies or shortages and prevent recurrence.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to develop improvement plans in line with ERIKS procedures.
  • Ability to plan Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to an outstanding customer experience.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
