Location: Kingswinford
Hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week | 1 hour break

Responsibilities
- Perform daily duties related to the Power Transmissions product group, including Query Management, Inter-branch Transfers, Requisitions, Orders, Works Orders, Outstanding Orders, Quotes, Tender Responses, and Project Costing & Quotation
- Provide viable price and delivery recommendations based on available system information
- Resolve supplier issues on delivery performance, returns, credits, etc.
- Monitor Shared Outlook Inbox and Personal Outlook Inbox
- Educate and build Power Transmissions product knowledge within the branch network
- Assist with order book to ensure accuracy of monthly targets, OTIF and business reporting requirements
- Build and maintain supplier relationships with core suppliers and ERIKS branch network
- Contribute towards continuous improvement by proactively making suggestions and taking the lead
- Assist with training related to systems and products
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Experience in an internal sales or customer service function
- Desire and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to provide product and commercial solutions
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a technical-biased role (engineering, product, solution sales, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to work effectively individually and within a team, in-person and remotely
- Flexible attitude with a curiosity to learn and develop
- Quality-focused with attention to detail
- Ambition to win and to develop
