About the Role
- Provide full administrative support to all areas of People Operations, including HR, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Fleet.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Prepare and issue HR‑related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, and policy updates.
- Ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently.
- Track right‑to‑work checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, absence rates, and turnover, as required.
- Provide accurate and timely employee data to the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role – essential.
- Knowledge of HR Databases – desirable.
- Basic understanding of Employment legislation – desirable.
- Competent using Microsoft Office – essential.
