About the Role:
- Electro-Mechanical Repair & Service Industry training
- Wide knowledge of process equipment including AC & DC electric motors, pumps, gearbox, manufacturing conveyor systems and associated equipment.
- Wide range of skills and knowledge in motors, pumps, geared units & rotating equipment.
- Mechanical & Electrical Qualifications ideally 18th Edition if possible, but not necessary.
- Good all-round electrical & mechanical knowledge.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- A multi-skilled engineer capable of working on, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical and mechanical industrial rotating equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes and associated equipment while working to and complying with the company’s health & safety procedures and adhering to company SSW & RAMS.
- Working for ERIKS Norwich engineering facility primarily on site and on a variety of customer sites within the Eastern region, within a busy 24-hour 7 day a week operation supporting strategic customers from a well-equipped workshop environment.
- To continue to encourage participation, innovation & creativity to improve the working environment.
- The purpose of the role is to contribute to ensuring that ERIKS Engineering Services provides its customer base unrivalled quality repairs and service across a wide range of repair and maintenance services.
