From bearings, belts, chains, and couplings to gearboxes and motors, our specialists provide technical advice, product selection, and bespoke solutions designed to improve performance, efficiency and reliability.

About the Role:
- Fenner Fast Build gearbox assembly
- Picking of components, assembly and testing of Fenner gearboxes and geared motors
- Assembly and testing of serial OEM gearbox products
- Spray painting and packaging of finished goods
- Stock checking and management of stock locations
- Working to tight deadlines and within required quality standards
- Decipher OEM drawings, tolerances and spare parts identification
- Encourage participation, innovation & creativity to improve the working environment
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri – 08:30 – 16:30 (40 hours per week, 30 min break)
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Experience in a fast‑paced workshop environment
- Background in electromechanical engineering
- Engineering qualification preferred but not essential
- Qualifications in counterbalance FLT and mechanical handling equipment including overhead cranes preferred
- Ability to work unassisted and solo when required, whilst maintaining good team ethics
- Understanding of detailed measurement techniques and working to tolerances
- High level of health & safety awareness in the workplace on customer sites
- Flexible attitude to learn new skills and functions within the team & role
