About the role:
- Line manager responsibility for an onsite stores and inventory team
- Deputise for the Customer Operations Manager through any periods of absence
- Proactive support and development of direct reports
- Ability to translate best in class stores management principles to specific Stores Improvement Plans, driving continuous improvements through the stores and inventory teams
- Understanding and managing customer risk through management of stocked inventory via regular min/max reviews with customer and proactive obsolescence management with suppliers
- Ensure key standard operating processes contributing to the successful running of stores operations and delivery of stores related contractual requirements should be documented and in place including daily, weekly, monthly checklists as appropriate
- Ensure the stores team are aware of and deliver at all times, excellent standards of customer service within the stores environment inclusive of timed requests
Working Hours:
- Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 17.30pm
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Breaks: 60 min
About you:
You will have strong general knowledge of stores operations and inventory management systems and principles and be understanding of best-in-class stores management, not to mention have appreciation and understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
