About the Role
The Regional Manager – Western Region position is based in our Welshpool Office in Perth and will have full accountability for the strategic direction, commercial performance and operational success of the Western region business. This is far more than a traditional branch management role. You will lead an established multidisciplinary team across Sales, Service and Administration while shaping the future direction of one of Eriez Australia’s most strategically important regions. As the senior leader for the Western region, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth, developing future leaders, strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring operational excellence across every aspect of the business. You will own the entire commercial front‑end of the business, including Capital Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Business Development, Service, operational leadership, customer experience and Project Management. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will identify new market opportunities, improve operational performance and drive initiatives that position Eriez Australia for continued long‑term growth throughout the region.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Regional Manager – Western Region, will:
- Lead the strategic direction, commercial performance and operational success of the Western Region business, with full accountability for profit and loss.
- Drive sustainable growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities and expanding our presence across key industries.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing multidisciplinary team across Sales, Service and Administration while building future leadership capability and succession.
- Strengthen operational performance by improving business processes, governance, safety, customer experience and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, global principals, EPCs, OEMs, universities and industry associations to strengthen Eriez Australia’s market position.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver strategic initiatives that support long‑term growth, operational excellence and business sustainability.
About You

- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue, develop customer relationships and deliver sustainable business growth.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical or engineering teams within industrial, mining, manufacturing, process or capital equipment environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Experience in Australian industrial sales, capital equipment, service, aftermarket or channel development will be highly regarded.
