As RPCM Specialist, your responsibilities are:Â
Emergency Support 24/7 Front Office 1st Line Support
Tools administration and assistance
Performance reporting and statistics
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Fluency in English, Russian
Technical educational background preferred – Telecom or IT related
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, mostly of Excel
Proven problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
Accuracy and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and to perform routine tasks
Professional mindset with strong ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver results
Strong team player mindset with high interpersonal skills
