Join us as a People Business Partner Intern in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment. In this role, you will support the local execution of global People processes (Recruiting, Talent Management, Talent Rewards, Learning & Development, People Operations) and initiatives, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
What you will do:
As a People Business Partner Intern you will develop a deep understanding of local industry trends and work closely with the People Business Partner team to implement process, tools, programs, practices, and solutions that support Line Mangers and People Business Partners in effectively addressing people-related challenges.
Moreover, you will have a range of opportunities to build on your ambitions for your future. You will receive mentorship, have access to a network of peers and support, being part of a global brand that drives credibility to your skillset and create a pathway to your future goals.
The skills you bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Law, Economic or related field is required
Preferred Labor Relations, Laws, and Legislation Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Innovative and creative
Social ability, interpersonal skills and team player
Intellectual ability and critical thinking
Accountable and committed with a passion to win
Perseverant and result oriented.
Confident in decision-making and problem solving
Excellent Proficiency in English language
