As a Student within the Sourcing Organization, you will play a relevant role in supporting our organization’s various projects and functions. This position is designed to provide a valuable experience and help you develop essential skills while balancing your academic commitments. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic students who are eager to contribute to our team.
You’ll get the opportunity to
Participate in an Induction program to know about Ericsson, Fleet management, and Sourcing Business Operations.
Support the Car Fleet management organization with timely data administration, such as invoices and Data File Uploads, vehicle related documentation, reports and period closing.
Support the Car Fleet management organization in achieving the yearly targets, and with the implementation of rules, guidelines, policies and procedures as relevant.
Participate in internal team meetings and governance meetings, and collaborate with the internal stakeholders as necessary.
Key skills
Student or Recent Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Very good communication and relationship skills both in local language and English. Proficiency in German will be an advantage.
Interest in Car Fleet management, Sourcing, Business and/or Telecommunications industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Excel macro and VBA will be an advantage.
Working ethically and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Positive energy, flexibility, and collaborative behavior.
Fast learning, interest in Car and fleet management and Sourcing and procurement activities.
Ability to work following instructions in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Perseverance, goals orientation.
Tools: Fleet Master, SAP, SSS, SCLM, DocuSign
