Job Description: London Dock is situated in the heart of Wapping, just moments from Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, St Katharine Docks, and the city. London Dock features 7.5 acres of beautifully landscaped open spaces, a magnificent choreographed central water feature and 1,800 high quality new homes. The development benefits from private gardens and exceptional facilities including private screening room, spa and gym suite, squash court, virtual golf course and 24-hour concierge.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver excellent customer service to our residents
- Be responsible for all deliveries
- Issue keys
- Carry out patrols
- Monitor CCTV
- Liaising with contractors
Please Note: You will be provided with the relevant guidance and support to be successful in the role.
What We Ask From You:
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors and persons inside/outside of the organization.
