We have a rare opportunity for a permanent full-time Static Site Supervisor / School caretaker based at Fleetwood High School to join our talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an award-winning company, which provides a first-class maintenance service to its clients. The successful candidate will provide proactive and reactive building maintenance, carry out routine health and safety checks, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Additionally, you will be involved in tasks including but not limited to:
- Liaise with the EWFM Service Desk to ensure all reporting systems are implemented on client properties.
- Act as EW Health and Safety Representative, conducting routine checks and ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Contribute to the development of the premises ethos and culture as part of the client operational team.
- Support the clientβs core activities.
- Carry out statutory and maintenance checks on plant and equipment.
- Check the site CAFM system and take appropriate actions.
- Inspect for building fabric damage and coordinate repairs.
About you: Aligned with our values, you will be an essential part of our team providing excellent maintenance services at Fleetwood High School. You should be methodical, organized, and possess good DIY skills. Approachable, confident, with excellent communication skills, you will enjoy working within a dedicated maintenance team.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week on a rota, shifts from 6.45am - 3.00pm & 1.15pm - 9.15pm.
Additional requirements: Enhanced DBS check.
