Job Overview
We have a rare opportunity for a permanent full time Static Site Supervisor / School caretaker based at Fleetwood High School to join our talented team. The successful candidate will deliver proactive and reactive building maintenance, carry out routine health & safety checks, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the EWFM Service Desk to ensure all EWFM and client reporting systems are implemented on client properties.
- Act as EW Health and Safety Representative, carrying out routine checks and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Contribute as part of the client operational team to the development of the premises ethos and culture.
- Support the client’s core activities.
- Carry out statutory and maintenance checks on plant and equipment.
- Check the site CAFM system and act on entries by first‑hand repair or liaison with the EWFM Service Desk for remedial action.
- Check for internal and external building fabric damage and act accordingly by first‑hand repair or liaison with the EWFM Service Desk.
About you

You are methodical, organised, have a good set of DIY skills, and you’re approachable, confident with excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a dedicated maintenance team.
Working Hours & Conditions
Working Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs per week on a rota/shifts 6.45am – 3.00pm & 1.15pm – 9.15pm. You will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
