What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales from reservation to completion, ensuring everything stays on track and on time.
- Serve as the key contact for buyers, solicitors, agents and site teams.
- Proactively resolve issues to reduce fall‑throughs.
- Deliver a smooth, supportive customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate internally to align build, legal and handover stages.
- Support the wider sales team with administrative and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in sales progression, property, conveyancing or a customer‑focused role in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the home buying and conveyancing process.
