What You’ll Do
- Collate backup cost documentation to justify EWW payment claims for cost reimbursable project.
- Validation of subcontract invoices for review by QS’s prior to payment.
- Assist in the preparation of minor works subcontract agreements.
- Attend internal meetings, taking minutes as and when requested.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks which may be required to enable the company to remain adaptable to changing markets and needs.
What You’ll Bring
It is desirable that the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have an understanding and/or experience of the Water industry. However, this is not essential but we would expect the candidate to have good organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and have excellent numeracy and literacy skills. It would be beneficial if you had an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Business Administration or a similar qualification. You will have excellent administration skills and enjoy working in a busy and thriving environment and as part of a team. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative in an organised and methodical way. In addition, you will be PC literate and fully conversant with Microsoft applications, in particular having good knowledge and understanding of Excel.
