What You’ll Do

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Site Supervisor to join our existing team within the facilities management business. The role will cover sites across the North West and may include other sites due to annual leave or sickness. You will provide proactive and reactive building maintenance, carry out routine health and safety checks and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

  • Liaise with the EWFM Service Desk to ensure all EWFM and client reporting systems are implemented on client properties.
  • Act as EW Health and Safety Representative, conducting routine checks and ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute to the client operational team’s development of the premises ethos and culture.
  • Support the client’s core activities.
  • Carry out statutory and maintenance checks on plant and equipment.
  • Check the site CAFM system and action entries by first-hand repair or by liaising with the EWFM Service Desk for remedial action.
  • Check for internal and external building fabric damage and act appropriately by first-hand repair or liaison with the Service Desk.

What You’ll Bring

Aligned to our ethos and values, you will be an integral part of the team providing a first‑class maintenance service. Safety and compliance are paramount; you need to be methodical, organised and possess good DIY skills. You will be approachable, confident, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a dedicated maintenance team. A valid driving licence is required as you will be provided with a company van.

You will be required to work as part of the on‑call team on a rota basis and will need to undertake a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.
