You’ll bring strong leadership, operational/regulatory expertise, and a commercial mindset. With the autonomy to lead and the support of a values-led team, you’ll have the space to make your mark. As a Commissioning Home Manager, you will:

• Lead the full commissioning process of a brand-new care home.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a dedicated care team.
• Oversee operations, including budgets, occupancy, and compliance.
• Establish and nurture a strong, person-centred culture from day one.

The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have:

• Experience as a Registered Home Manager.
• Proven leadership within a care home environment.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of compliance and excellence.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
• Previous experience commissioning or opening a new service (ideal, but not essential).
