The Eric Wright Group, with a rich history in construction and an award-winning reputation, is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team at Highfield Leadership Academy, Blackpool. The role involves supervising and performing cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic environment, reporting to the Area Cleaning Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining designated areas using appropriate equipment.
- Moving furniture and handling fixtures and fittings.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assisting in other establishments as needed.
- Responding to emergencies and irregularities.
- Ordering stock, managing staff, and inputting wages.
- Securing premises and covering cleaning roles during absences.
- Following COSHH guidelines and ensuring proper materials are available.
- Updating legislation, documentation, and administration procedures.
About you
