The Role
My client, (A Leading International Law Firm) have an urgent requirement to appoint an experienced Business Intelligence focused Finance Analyst to join their friendly and supportive Finance, BI, Data and Reporting team based at their prestigious offices in Sheffield on a hybrid basis.
The role has responsibility over specific specialist areas that are served by the Finance BI, Data & Reporting team, and have ownership of specific areas of the overall finance BI, Data & reporting team's roadmap for delivery. These areas include Client Reporting, Profitability, Integrations, Overall UX, Billing & Cash data.
The Finance BI Analyst is responsible for their own stakeholders and product areas within the Finance BI, Data & Reporting team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Insight, the Firm's bespoke financial performance reporting dashboard, working within a team that is at the forefront of adopting Artificial Intelligence to solve real business challenges.
The team is actively embedding AI into its own ways of working and delivering innovative AI-powered features within Insight, creating tangible value for finance users and business stakeholders across the Firm.
The team maintains individual product backlogs that contribute to the overall backlog for Insight, which is managed by the Senior BI Product Manager.
The stakeholders include the Firm's Executive team, fee earners, Partners, Finance teams, and other business support functions. Responsibilities include regular engagement with stakeholders to gather and document financial and management reporting requirements.
