Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Luxury Homes Location – Romsey Rapidly expanding property development company have an urgent requirement for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team located in central Romsey. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years proven experience of Quantity Surveying gained within the Property Development, Construction and New Home fields, ideally having had a focus on high end bespoke builds. The Role My client are seeking a dynamic and delivery focused Quantity Surveyor from within the Property Development / Construction / New Build industry to join their team in an important role as part of their continued growth. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide quantity surveying services within the Commercial department on multiple projects, ensuring commercial procedures are followed to maximise the project's commercial success. The quantity surveyor will be required to work closely with the rest of the project teamto ensure all commercial risks and opportunities are managed and reported accurately. This position reports directly to the Construction Manager. Key Duties & Responsibilities Managing the project subcontract procurement process, including measuring bill of quantities from designs to assist with sub-contract pricing and procurement, ensuring that buying opportunities are maximised and best value is achieved through each subcontract order.
