A rapidly expanding property development company specialising in the construction of high-end bespoke luxury new homes has an urgent requirement for an experienced Technical Manager to join their team located in central Romsey. My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-focused Technical professional from within the Property Development and New Build industry to join their team in an important role as part of their continued growth. They specialise in the construction of extremely luxurious and bespoke high-end dwellings, so previous experience with such properties would be considered an advantage. The position is ideally of a permanent full-time nature, but my client is very happy to consider professionals who may be looking for slightly reduced hours.
