Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our UK team. Based out of our Crawley office, this hybrid role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients across London and the South/East of England. You will be responsible for nurturing long‑term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and value from their partnership with ERGOS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) to align IT strategy with client business goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent ERGOS as a trusted advisor and technology partner.
  • Provide regular two‑way communication between the client and the team, representing the client strongly and setting expectations.
  • Interact effectively with other departments when handling projects, ensuring full briefing in all aspects.
  • Be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and adherence to contract deliverables.
  • Handle new accounts, upgrades, and renewals.
  • Ensure account plans for each client are updated continuously with all current and relevant information from handover from the business development manager.
  • Own the contract and contract renewals for new work with existing clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of payment collections of existing clients and coordinate with accounts department to resolve issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management, including face‑to‑face meetings, telephone, and email communication.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects are profitable.
  • Create and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Have in‑depth knowledge of company’s services.
  • Serve as the internal point of access for any client third parties involved in the process of ERGOS’s services.
