The Role:

As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Operations to oversee the daily operations and drive operational excellence across our diverse ecosystem of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across all projects within Ergonia Labs.
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across business lines, including venture studio, trading, and protocol ventures.
  • Lead liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including DRW, Cumberland, legal advisors, vendors, and development partners.
  • Oversee entity formation, banking infrastructure, ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver clear operational reporting and actionable performance insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Finance, HR, and Legal to deliver on business goals.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize performance and support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership through line management, coaching, and performance oversight, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.

Requirements

  • ~7+ years of experience in business operations, with a strong background in fintech, venture capital, or the crypto industry.
  • ~ Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, with excellent project management skills.
