Ergomed is a rapidly expanding full-service mid-sized CRO specializing in Oncology and Rare Disease. Since its foundation in 1997, the company has grown organically and steadily by making strategic investments and landmark acquisitions, with operations in Europe, North America and Asia.
Ergomed is looking for a freelance clinical project manager who is fluent in Mandarin and has early phase oncology experience to support bid defense activities initially on a 30‑hour per month contract. The contract hours will increase once work is awarded.
Bid defense activities initially:- Serve as primary point of contact with sponsor and Ergomed Senior Management on project status
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and agreed scope, maintaining appropriate industry, sponsor and Ergomed quality standards
- Liaise with project team members, provide training where needed and ensure correct allocation to tasks
- Develop, review, and edit project plans to assure consistency with goals and milestones
- Organization and facilitation of project meetings related to study activities (study organization, initiation, execution, closure)
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Project Manager of international clinical trials in a CRO environment in early phase oncology
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related discipline
