This role is 90% remote. Applicants will need to occasionally be onsite in either our Dublin / Belfast / UK office. Ergo is a leading technology solutions provider. Our Digital Practice specializes in Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Power Platform Developer. This new role calls for a motivated individual who will be part of a dynamic team of highly qualified and experienced professionals. As a developer, the selected candidate will be implementing complex and impactful solutions for many household names in the private and public sector.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions related to the key business requirements of the assigned projects according to agreed timescales and milestones.
  • Assess, design, and recommend component architecture, data analysis and data modelling to the Solution Architect when required.
  • Report development progress when necessary to the Project Manager.
  • Support the customization and configuration of D365 and Power platform applications as well as their integrations.
  • Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with the client.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, such as solution architecture, operational maintenance manuals and release guidelines.
  • Provide training, demos, and feature support to the business users.
  • Stay updated on the latest product releases and industry trends.
Education, Qualifications & Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of developing and customizing Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights) and the Power Platform.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform applications.
  • Project driven individual, able to estimate and meet up to deadlines.
