Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Theale, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication over phone and email. Day‑to‑day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, handling service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer experience, supporting our mission to enhance healthcare outcomes through reliable and customer‑focused services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs effectively
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to maintain positive relationships
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective communication abilities for professional client interactions
- Exceptional problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in high‑pressure situations
