What You'll Actually Do

  • Own and maintain SQL databases that process all customer billing, renewals, and order fulfilment - directly impacting £3M+ annual revenue streams.
  • Build complex queries to generate commercial insights on churn, expansion revenue, and customer movements for senior leadership.
  • Process customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies through database troubleshooting.
  • Develop forecasting capabilities and financial reporting that drives strategic decision-making.
  • Lead future database enhancement projects as the business scales, with potential involvement in ERP evaluation and implementation.
