I'm working with a high-growth, specialist Salesforce consulting firm delivering complex, enterprise-scale Field Service transformations across multiple industries. They're looking for a Senior Salesforce Field Service Architect to take ownership of end-to-end delivery and solution design.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead client workshops, define architecture, and translate business requirements into scalable SFS solutions
  • Own delivery across configuration, build, QA, and release cycles
  • Drive implementations across scheduling, optimisation, mobile, assets, and inventory
  • Act as the functional lead, mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Build reusable frameworks and contribute to internal best practices

  • 10+ years Salesforce experience (4+ years in Field Service)
  • Proven delivery of enterprise-scale SFS implementations (3+)
  • Strong experience across Service Cloud + Field Service architecture
