First architect on the scene – design the playbook rather than follow one. Hands-off code (Year 1) – focus 100% on architecture, then optionally add ~30% coding later.

  • Document and evolve C4, ADR and sequence diagrams across 20+ microservices.
  • Facilitate architecture reviews and turn debate into pragmatic designs.
  • Draft high-/low-level specs for resilience, data flow and scalability.
  • Surface architecture metrics and guide incremental refactors.

2–4 yrs professional C#/.NET engineering with solid OO & SOLID instincts. Familiarity with RESTful microservices & modern DevOps workflow.

Azure (AKS, Functions), DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Kubernetes/Docker, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), Kafka/RabbitMQ, ADR/C4 expertise, open-source or community contributions.
