What You Will Actually Do
- Own and maintain SQL databases that process all customer billing, renewals, and order fulfilment - directly impacting £3M+ annual revenue streams.
- Build complex queries to generate commercial insights on churn, expansion revenue, and customer movements for senior leadership.
- Process customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies through database troubleshooting.
- Develop forecasting capabilities and financial reporting that drives strategic decision-making.
- Lead future database enhancement projects as the business scales, with potential involvement in ERP evaluation and implementation.
Must-Have Experience
- Proven SQL database management and query writing
