We’re hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join ERG in Birmingham as part of our continued growth. This is an opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to develop into a high-performing 360 consultant within a supportive, high-standards environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (clients + candidates)
- Delivering against live roles with pace and quality
- Building long-term client relationships
- Developing candidate pipelines and market knowledge
- Working closely with senior consultants and leadership
Must-Have Experience
- 6–12+ months agency recruitment experience
- Clear evidence of targets hit or exceeded
- Commercial mindset and client-facing confidence
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

- Technical or contract recruitment exposure
- Experience with ATS / CRM systems
- Market delivery ownership rather than resourcing only
