The ERG Group specialises in the supply, maintenance and manufacture of industrial air pollution control and odour control systems. Currently comprising of four operating companies, we have a solid reputation for being a leading supplier of air pollution control systems to a wide range of industries. Our mission is to provide our customers with a complete, robust air or gas cleaning package, offering guaranteed emissions to atmosphere so you meet your legal compliance obligations, and the most reliable maintenance service available.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Horsham, for a Process Engineering Manager. The role involves managing the process department team to deliver process designs and engineering for new projects and in support of sales bids.

  • Develop cost-effective process solutions for meeting client process requirements.
  • Prepare design output registers, process flow diagrams, energy and mass balances.
