ERES has a worldwide omnichannel distribution network composed of 22 boutiques, 27 franchises, 237 wholesale (including department stores, multi-brands and hotels), 2 ERES e-commerce sites and 15 digital platforms.

Your role is to offer customers a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize sales and establish long-term relationships with customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of ERES.

Because of your position as Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:

  • Brand Image: Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, by ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worthy of a luxury environment.
  • Sales skills: Master and observe the ERES Art of Sale techniques. Have a perfect knowledge of ERES, of the collections and the stocks. Support the other Sales assistants.

A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is a plus.

Strong customer service mindset. Shows curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and be in line with the business development strategy.
