THE POSITION

Your role is to offer customers a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize sales and establish long-term relationships with customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of ERES.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Image
    • Represent the image of the Maison ERES, constantly adopting an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company, and making sure to always maintain an impeccable look.
    • Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, by ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worthy of a luxury environment.
    • Share your expertise with the customers and with the teams.
  • Sales skills
    • Master and observe the ERES Art of Sale techniques.
    • Have a perfect knowledge of ERES, of the collections and the stocks.
    • Know and follow the KPIs.
    • Develop and work with the customer file.
    • Support the other Sales assistants.
  • Operations
    • Master the management of the cash desk.
    • Permanently ensure the compliance of the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and of the fitting rooms.
    • Participate in the reception of goods, stock management and boutique reorders.

PROFILE

A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is a plus. Excellent communication and empathy. Strong customer service mindset. Shows curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and be in line with the business development strategy. Structured, organized, shows initiative.
