THE POSITION: Your role is to offer customers a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize sales and establish long-term relationships with customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of ERES.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Because of your position as Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:

  • Brand Image: Represent the image of the Maison ERES, constantly adopting an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company, and making sure to always maintain an impeccable look. Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worthy of a luxury environment. Share your expertise with customers and teams.
  • Sales skills: Master and observe the ERES Art of Sale techniques. Have a perfect knowledge of ERES, the collections and the stocks. Know and follow the KPIs. Develop and work with the customer file. Support the other Sales assistants.
  • Operations: Master the management of the cash desk. Permanently ensure compliance with the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and fitting rooms. Participate in the reception of goods, stock management and boutique reorders.

PROFILE: A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is a plus. Excellent communication and empathy. Strong customer service mindset. Shows curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and be in line with the business development strategy. Structured, organized, and shows initiative.
