THE POSITION
Your role is to offer to the customers a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize the sales and to establish long term relationships with the customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of Eres.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Image
- Represent the image of the Maison ERES, constantly adopting an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company, and making sure to always maintain an impeccable look.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, by ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worth a luxury environment.
- Share your expertise with the customers and with the teams.
- Sales skills
- Master and observe the Eres Art of Sale techniques.
- Have a perfect knowledge of Eres, of the collections and the stocks.
- Know and follow the KPI’s.
- Develop and work with the customer file.
- Support the other Sales assistants.
- Operations
- Master the management of the cash desk.
- Permanently ensure the compliance of the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and of the fitting rooms.
- Participate in the reception of goods, in stock management and in boutique reorders.
PROFILE
A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is a plus. Excellent communication and empathy. Strong customer service mindset. Shows curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and be in line with the business development strategy. Structured, organized, shows initiative.
