Fleet is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our logistics platform, driving growth and innovation in the logistics industry. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and bring new products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy for Fleet's logistics platform, focusing on user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product development process.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to bring products to market.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and iterate on existing products.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements and user guides.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.

Basic Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products and features.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with ability to synthesize insights into product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on impact and ROI.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think critically.

Preferred Requirements

  • MBA or related degree in Business, Product Management, or related field.
  • Experience with logistics or transportation software, such as TMS or WMS systems.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, such as SQL or data visualization.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to advocate for user needs.
