As the D2B Rewards Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in both Direct Sales and Lead Generation, driving the development, administration, and promotion of gamification/rewards platform to boost sales performance. Join us and make a real impact!
Key Actions

Develop a roadmap for gamification, covering both ongoing and ad hoc initiatives

Maintain a strong relationship with our gamification/rewards platform partner

Define success criteria for the gamification/rewards platform and set up tracking measures

Manage the competition budget and monitor spending against the annual budget

Distribute and manage rewards, keeping accurate records and collaborating with tax and finance teams

Encourage team managers to adopt and engage with Sales Screen, helping them set up competitions

Ensure all incentives and competitions comply with internal policies and external regulations

Oversee and manage the annual D2B end-of-year awards event

Lead the Prestige program for D2B, including setting criteria, terms, and ensuring accurate reporting and leader boards

Support department heads with monthly awards, communication events, and other departmental activities

Organise and lead department day events, monthly incentives, reward events, and briefings

Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver quarterly briefings and roadshow events

Assist the Performance Manager with additional projects as needed

Help analyse the remuneration budget and ensure bonus payments align with budgets, making recommendations for changes

Solid sales background, ideally at least at the Team Manager level.
