Job Title: Deputy Manager Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in the senior care industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and experience in supervising staff within assisted living or nursing home settings. If you have a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors, possess strong leadership skills, and are knowledgeable in dementia care, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities: – Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained – Develop and implement individualised care plans for residents – Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and training as needed – Monitor the health and well-being of residents, liaising with healthcare professionals when necessary – Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping, staff scheduling, and budget management – Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards – Act as
