A rare opportunity to join a well established event catering company in a varied role across both their production kitchen and regular Saturday events:

Cooking and preparing food in the production kitchen

Coordinating supplies and setting up of outside catering kitchens

Running the kitchen at events across Yorkshire

Hosting tasting menus

Working alongside the kitchen team to create and adapt menus

Working Tuesday to Friday daytimes and Saturdays at an event
We would expect the successful chef to have demonstrable experience of working in a busy kitchen, good management skills and a good overview of food trends. Experience of functions, banqueting or events is desirable. This role involves driving to events at locations across Yorkshire so a full driving licence is required to drive company vehicles.
This would be an ideal role if you love working in the hospitality industry, have a creative side and a keen eye for detail.
You will be joining a well established company and team, benefiting from daytime weekday hours, and a weekend day off every week, without losing the buzz of a busy kitchen.
