  • Assist managers with daily clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and making travel arrangements.

  • Oversee office operations, including managing phone calls and emails for franchise support.

  • Coordination for Renewal of regulatory requirements and set up of group initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain filing systems, create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Monitor active projects, develop performance indicators, and conduct research on project requirements.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our award winning client’s team in Grantham. The ideal candidate will support management with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the Operations Department., * Accurate & thorough with excellent attention to detail

  • Time Management and being well organised.

  • Able to work alone and unaided, or as part of a Team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and be able to navigate internet.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and Birthday leave, increasing with length of service.
