We are looking for a responsible Flat Bed Truck Delivery Driver to join the UK’s leading bespoke construction company that provides services for a wide variety of residential and commercial building projects in North and North West London, operating primarily within the M25, however, we also cover further afield.

About the role
As a Flat Bed Truck Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting a varied range of building materials and equipment to and from job sites. This role will mean travelling from site to site. As a North London-based firm, we operate primarily within the M25, however, we also cover further afield.
You will also represent the company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase profitability and customer satisfaction and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Following delivery driving routes and time schedules
  • Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle
  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
  • Follow routes and time schedule.
  • Complete logs and reports
  • Follow traffic regulations and safety standards
  • About you
    To be successful for the role of Flat Bed Truck Delivery Driver, you must have previous similar work experience and be / have:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Delivery Driver of Flat Bed Truck
  • Valid UK driver’s license
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
  • Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn and grow with technological demands pertaining to daily delivery schedules
  • IT skills preferable - Email communication primarily
  • Experience in liaising with clients and site teams
  • Knowledge of building and construction would be advantageous
  • Excellent management skills

    For the role of Flat Bed Truck Delivery Driver, you will be working day shifts Monday to Friday and there is an excellent salary on offer of £33,800 per annum (£650 per week) plus you will receive:
