We have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our clients well renowned Residential Nursing home, located in Romsey town centre. Our Clients have day and night shifts available in their bright, modern purpose-built 46 bedded Residential Nursing home in the heart of Romsey, Hampshire.
About the role
As a Registered Nurse you will have responsibility for looking after residents as part of a small nursing and care team, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions. Registered Nurses are responsible for providing and coordinating the day-to-day care of residents within one of their 3 small nurse led units. You will be highly skilled and passionate about providing care to residents in line with individual care plans, demonstrating best clinical practice whilst offering leadership and guidance to members of our care team. You will manage residents’ routine medications and respond to any emergencies appropriately as they arise. Registered Nurses are supported in their work by highly experienced Unit Managers, the Clinical Lead and Home Manager. Registered Nurses benefit from regular supervisions and training updates. You must have a proven track record along with evidence of NMC Revalidation (Post-registration Education & Practice) and hold a relevant Nursing Degree or equivalent Nursing qualification.
