We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join our clients’ expanding team of production operatives, fabricating stainless steel products to the highest standards.
This role offers an excellent salary of £25,000-£31,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the role
The Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator will work within a passionate team responsible for fabricating and welding stainless-steel components, in an environment of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Achieving daily production schedules
- Maintaining and improving production quality
- Ensuring smooth workshop operations
About you
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in fabrication and welding, with good engineering skills
- Knowledge of Mig/Tig welding (advantageous)
- Understanding of fabrication techniques and tools
- Ability to read engineering drawings and occasionally work without them
- Experience manufacturing sheet metal components
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, hardworking, team-oriented, reliable, flexible, and punctual
Rewards
The role is full-time, permanent, working 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, days only. Compensation includes:
- Salary from £25,000 to £31,000 depending on experience
- Overtime at time and a half
- 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
