We have an excellent opportunity for an IVA Sales Executive to join the IVA team at one of the UK's leading insolvency companies based in St Thomas’s Place, Stockport. Please note that only applicants who live within a close distance to a SK1 postcode and who are able to easily commute to the Stockport area will be considered for this role.

About the company

Our client is a well-established, licenced Insolvency Practitioner specialising in personal insolvency solutions and they have been helping people to remove the shackles of debt by assisting with the preparation and supervision of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA’s) for over 15 years. Assisting individuals all over the UK who are struggling financially with their debts and helping to consolidate and reduce their payments to something more affordable, freeze all their interest and charges and get any unaffordable debts written off, they are now looking for talented IVA Sales Advisors to join their busy team in Stockport.

About the role

As an IVA Sales Executive full training will be provided and your responsibilities will include:

  • To be responsible for the full sales process from the initial fact find call with a client through to the submission of the case to an Insolvency Practitioner
  • Be willing to learn the legislation around insolvency
  • Be required to engage with potential customers and show empathy and understanding of their personal circumstances, confirming their financial history and how they have arrived at their current situation
  • Confirm the accuracy of the financial statement provided and thoroughly checking all documentation
  • No cold calling, all potential customers have applied for help via website

About you

As an IVA Sales Executive you must be / have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to identify and discuss appropriate options with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work towards targets

About the rewards

For the role of IVA Sales Executive, there is a salary on offer of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending upon experience and an OTE of £60,000 plus you will receive:

  • Private medical insurance
  • Monday to Friday (Early finish on a Friday and no weekends)
  • Achievable Commission as well as daily/weekly incentives

Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
