As a Registered Care Manager,you must have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards to assist in the improvement and maintenance of these standards and you will have responsibility for managing the services within the company in accordance with standards agreed with the Managing Director, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practices.
