We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join the UK’s first carer-centric business and well renowned Care Providing service in Stockport. A full job specification will be sent on application.

About the Role
As a Registered Care Manager,you must have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards to assist in the improvement and maintenance of these standards and you will have responsibility for managing the services within the company in accordance with standards agreed with the Managing Director, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practices.

About the Person
To be successful in the role of Registered Care Manageryou must be / have:

  • Domiciliary Care Management experience (minimum 2 years) – must be domiciliary care or home care, not residential or care home background
  • Registered Manager with the CQC
  • CQC inspection experience and knowledge of regulations
  • Understanding of growth of care hours with Local Authority & Private Clients
  • Reliable, punctual and a team player
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
