Porsche Retail Group have an excellent opportunity for a Parts Apprentice to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Central Operations Division in Reading. Porsche Central Operations is within both the Porsche Retail Group and Porsche Cars Great Britain Head Offices, with shared facilities including an onsite restaurant, coffee bar and parking. The site is also located within walking distance of a local shopping park and bus public transport routes.

About the role: As a Parts Apprentice, you will:
- Effectively interpret, order and supply all customer parts requirements, ensuring that the commercial and operational requirements are met at all times.
- Source and supply the workshop with the correct parts in an efficient time frame.
- Take and qualify incoming enquiries in person, by phone or by e-mail, recommending value adding services where appropriate.
- Accurate entry of client information and orders utilising specifically designated systems.
- Ensure all documentation is raised in a timely manner and in line with company policies.
- General administration.
- Treat customers in a professional & courteous manner at all times.
- Ensure that all parts orders are dealt with in the most efficient manner.
