We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager to join this well-established property sourcing company in Surbiton, Surrey.

They are renowned property experts and help their clients find the best property deals based on their budget and financial expectations, offering a complete service from finding the right property deal, putting clients in touch with the best mortgage brokers, organising conveyancing as well as letting and managing clients' properties.

The role of Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager is a very varied and interesting role and your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure that sales transactions complete quickly and successfully.
- Managing multiple priorities whilst delivering a great service in a fast-paced and varied workload.
- Responding to calls and emails.
About you
To be successful for the role of Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager you must be / have:
- Previous experience in sales or sales progression within the property industry.
- Good administration and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Common sense, initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
About the hours & rewards
For the role of Property Sales Progressor / Property Sales Progression Manager, you will work Monday to Friday (no weekends) and there is an excellent salary on offer of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience (including Basic + commission).
